REFUND POLICY

1. GENERAL TERMS
VertexionSystems operates a milestone-based payment structure for all projects. Refund eligibility is assessed based on the project phase at the time of cancellation request.
2. PRE-PROJECT CANCELLATION
If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
3. MID-PROJECT CANCELLATION
If cancellation occurs during active project development, payment for completed milestones is non-refundable. Any advance payment for unstarted milestones will be refunded proportionally within 14 business days.
4. COMPLETED PROJECTS
Once a project has been delivered and accepted, payments are non-refundable. VertexionSystems provides a 30-day post-delivery support period to address any issues within the original project scope.
5. SERVICE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Recurring service subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for incomplete billing periods.
6. REFUND PROCESS

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services provided by VertexionSystems, located at Calle de Pedro R, Pinto, Madrid, Spain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
VertexionSystems provides digital studio services including corporate website development, custom CMS architecture, e-commerce deployment, performance optimization, and related digital infrastructure services.
3. PROJECT SCOPE
All project deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work. These documents form binding agreements between VertexionSystems and the client upon signed acceptance.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Payments are structured according to project milestones as defined in the applicable statement of work. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom-developed code, designs, and deliverables. VertexionSystems retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary tools developed during the project.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship for a period of 24 months.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
VertexionSystems liability is limited to the total value of the project as stated in the applicable statement of work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
